Carmen has achieved her WSET Level 3 in Spirits and has recently become one of only seven Masters of Bourbon, distinguishing herself as the first woman and the first Australian to earn this prestigious title from The Council of Whiskey Masters.

Your Entrée: Memphis Secret - selection of hot wings, fried pickles, charred sweet and smoky tenders, corn fritter, slaw and a tangy ranch sauce.

Your Main: Nashville’s Best Strip and Prohibition Ribs - Dry rub Tennessee strip, (med char cooked) heavily bourbon and Coca Cola marinated, BBQ smoked and slow cooked pork ribs with very cheesy mash, crispy onions and buttered corn on the cob.
